Singapore SOTA Full time

You will assist in aspects related to fundraising and partnership activities aligning to the School’s vision and mission. You will also implement integrated communications campaigns to support the messaging of such activities. Working closely with the internal stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure that the SOTA brand and identity is promoted and protected by adhering to the branding and communications guidelines.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Collaboration & Partnership**
- Work closely with the faculties to understand their needs, identify and facilitate suitable partnership opportunities to fulfill the objectives
- Evaluate and manage collaboration & partnership opportunities for the School
- Draft / review partnership agreements
- Follow up and tracking of all collaboration and partnership requests
- Manage and maintain the master partnership database

**Fundraising and Donor Relations**
- Organise fundraising activities for SOTA endowment fund
- Cultivate positive relationship with donors
- Support the planning, execution of fundraising events with the fundraising taskforce
- Maintain a database of donors / potential donors
- Support in the development of fundraising collaterals
- Research, develop and prepare funding proposals, appeal letters and appreciation letters

**Vendor Management**
- Identify and work with the most appropriate vendor including design agencies, printers, photographers and other external suppliers to support SOTA’s communication efforts
- Ensure appointed vendors deliver their best for SOTA in a timely and quality manner

**Marketing/Publicity Collateral, Corporate Premiums and Official Gifts**
- Work with vendors to produce quality corporate gifts and collaterals to support the school’s activities in a timely manner
- Manage the corporate communications budget and ensure a sufficient inventory level of collateral, corporate premiums and official gifts at all times, ensure minimum wastage

**Events Management**
- Organise and support the organising of school events as assigned

**Others**
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor and management i.e. Principal/CEO, Vice-Principals and Director, Corporate Planning & Services

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing, PR or Mass Communications
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience. Related experience in partnership, fundraising, marketing communications or other relevant areas will be advantageous
- People-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Possesses good networking / relationship building skills
- Able to engage multiple stakeholders and to work across functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter who is proactive and resourceful
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
- Graphic design and video editing experience is preferred
