The Corporate Communications Executive reports to the Corporate Communications Manager. The post holds the following responsibilities:
Corporate communications and publicity for RSIS in the various channels and platforms.

This includes the following specific areas:

- Publicise RSIS publications, events and activities, including over the RSIS website and social media platforms. This includes tracking articles/op-eds for social media publicity, the creation and design of content for publicity, and working with interviewees for soundbites and video interviews;
- Curate content (including photos), working with the Webmaster, on the RSIS website, intranet and social media platforms to ensure accuracy and currency;
- Edit and collate stories for the bimonthly online newsletter;
- Assist in writing and editing content for the Annual Review, as well as proof-reading and other related tasks;
- Assist in production of corporate and other videos, including video clips on social media;
- Manage the production of RSIS publications (including Policy Reports, Working Papers and Monographs) from submission to the review panels, revision of the publications, to copyediting, layout, distribution and archival;
- Facilitate relations with the media, the public and other organisations as part of engagement and upholding RSIS’ reputation;
- Assist in capability development such as in organisation of media training for RSIS staff.
