JOB PURPOSE:
Supervise, train and maximize on the performance of Front Office Supervisors & Associates and ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel’s desirable quality and brand standards. Assist when necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Train and monitor all Front Office reports prepared by Front Office Supervisors to ensure effective management. Identify and develop potential Front Office Supervisors & Duty Managers.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Maximization of Rooms revenue, customer satisfaction and associate scores and at the same time achieve budgeted Rooms Division Profit.

2. Front Office Associates’ performance, training needs analysis, motivation, further development & well-being.

3. Reviewing guest feedback (ensure their challenges are resolved) & establish guests contact daily in order to find every opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests by giving great example to Front Office Team.

4. Establish, revise & improve on Front Office SOPs and P&P in term ease of processes for our associates and improving our customers’ lives

5. Revise & analyze all monthly Front Office reports (include daily cashiering & master accounts) prepared by Supervisors to ensure accuracy and justify with solid facts.

6. Assist Executive Housekeeper in preparation of forecast, budget, capital expenditure & cost management.

8. Ensure execution of Wyndham Green by all Front Office team members.

9. Perform supervisory or executive functions such as assisting in work related to the strategies / policies of the department.

ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
Practical Experience and Knowledge
- Front Office operation, at least holding a position of Duty Manager for the past 2-3 years. Great customer/employee relation skills with proven track records. Financial, Reservation & Housekeeping knowledge.

Communication Skills
- Good command of English (oral & written). Preferably able to communicate in another language i.e Mandarin

IT Skills
- Good knowledge with Opera
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
