**Responsibilities**
- Contact and engage users by telephone to check-in on their selling intention based on prior valuation
- Assess conversation and proceed with appropriate fact-finding for appointment fixing
- Document conversation details including feedback and reactions
- Keeping track of users that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future

**Qualifications**
- Prior relevant experience in property related products is advantageous
- Must possess some knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies, including objection handling skills
- Prior relevant experience in telemarketing is advantageous
- Ability to be creative in their daily conversations and engage with users
- Sense of empathy and ability to relate to users
- Able to communicate in professional and efficient manner in English
- Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual

**Details**
- Contract role (6 months, renewable)
- Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
- Work from home

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
