5-day work week (alternate Sat half-day)
- Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm; Sat: 9am to 1pm
- Location: Alexandra (near MRT)
- Industry: Automotive

**Job Duties**:

- Provide daily operational, admin secretarial duties (business & personal matters) to the President
- Manage assignments delegated by President
- Assist in business travel arrangement, claims and meeting schedules
- Organise and coordinate internal/ external meetings, conferences, and other events
- Organise and provide admin support such as processing correspondences, computer information and documentation
- Translate documents from Japanese to English and vice versa
- Running of errands as and when required
- Other duties as and when assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or A levels or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary/ Personal Assistant
- **Possess a basic business level certification in Japanese language** to liaise with the Japanese speaking associates and translate documents
- Able to travel overseas when requested
- Strong organization and coordination skills
- Able to work independently with high level of integrity
