Near Live Coordinator

The near-live coordinator is part of the Curation & Operation Services team, and responsible for creating, curating and scheduling sites and apps for near-live productions such as "The Daily Show with Trevor Noah" and "Tha God's Honest Truth with Charlamagne Tha God." Working with multiple global teams across time zones, they coordinate, build and schedule video clips and episodic content in collaboration with Comedy Central producers, editorial, video editing and design teams. The coordinator has excellent project management and communication skills, which are necessary for close collaboration with multiple internal teams. They have the ability to juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment and work autonomously. They also have a keen eye for detail.

As a result of a global schedule, aligned with the late-night linear schedule in the U.S., this role is primarily self-managed, and all applicants must be able to work incredibly independently without much intervention.

This shift is Tuesday-Saturday, 8AM- 4PM SGP. Prior experience collaborating with a global team is a must. Interest in and knowledge of "The Daily Show with Trevor Noah" is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and prioritize asset production for near-live programming, including "The Daily Show with Trevor Noah"
- Point of contact for all near-live and "The Daily Show with Trevor Noah" production
- Manage all near-live and "The Daily Show with Trevor Noah" workflows
- Coordinate with Comedy Central brand partners
- Conduct quality assurance of content on our sites and apps

**Requirements**:

- Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Adept with Microsoft Office and Google doc suite. JIRA project management system experience a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written communications and a great attitude are necessary
- Ability to write engaging and concise copy while meeting strict deadlines
- Flexible schedule to assist with night, weekend and holiday hours coverage as needed
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry and working with global teams
