Senior Engineer, Test Development

This role focuses on enhancing software and collaborating with international R&D teams to ensure efficient mass production testing and improve product quality. We are looking for someone with relevant testing experience, and strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to learning.

**What you will do**:

- Enhance existing software and collaborate with R&D teams in Singapore and Germany to maintain stability and efficiency during mass production tests
- Ensure the latest software versions are applied for product testing in accordance with defined standards and requirements
- Set up and develop automatic test systems to meet product development testing requirements, focusing on improving production yield and product quality
- Create and validate documentation, including test specifications and procedures/work instructions, to ensure consistent product testing
- Provide ongoing testing support to production teams after product launch to ensure continued quality and performance.

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related fields
- 4-5 years working experience in testing/manufacturing environment
- Experience in electronic circuitry and functional tests
- Strong initiative towards resolving test and process related issues
- Knowledge of automatic manufacturing test using Keysight TAP, LabWindow CVI or any programming language.
- Personal competencies_
- Proactive mindset and willing to learn attitude
- Diploma holders with >5 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
