DESIGNATION : Marketing Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for performing administrative duties to support the Corporate Marketing department. This includes taking care of the corporate souvenirs and corporate apparel, writing Minutes of Meetings, booking of travel flights and hotels as well as coordination of marketing materials and documents and perform other administrative duties as required.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
- Management and sourcing of corporate gifts, souvenirs and apparel
- Booking of flights and hotel room
- Managing the marketing inbox and uploading the leads to Salesforce and assigning it to the relevant departments
- Assisting in the distribution of subscriber newsletters and information
- Contributing to internal reports
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Liaising and strengthening relationships with suppliers and stakeholders in the company
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Administration or Mass Communications
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A high degree of organisation
- Ability to constantly improve and optimise
- Strong team player, proven ability in leading and working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Self-starter who takes initiative and energetic and able to work independently
- Well Versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
