Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service
- Provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers
- Assist the Senior Sales Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc
- Assist the Senior Sales Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively
- Assist the Senior Sales Manager to handle customers' complaints and feedback
- Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment
- Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
- To assist in making cold-calls to customers
- Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition
- Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record
- Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative
- Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
- Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities
- Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry

**Salary**:

- Salary is commensurate with experience and skill set
- Full time staff salary with basic salary + commission + incentives

Branch Locations:
1) Tiong Bahru 2) Hougang 3) Kovan 4) Tampines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
