This is a very exciting opportunity to work for Prudential Singapore and be part of a team to activate the Emerging Affluent go-to-market strategy and the end-to-end delivery of the Digital Engagement Programme. This role works closely with Segment leadership to drive strategic and tactical deployment of business development programs and go-to-market initiatives.

Digital Engagement Programme
- Design and launch database marketing campaign with existing customer base to drive Pulse App downloads.
- Develop, implement, and manage monthly engagement campaigns to promote Pulse App features and keep app users engaged.

Work with agencies to develop creative content to support the Pulse engagement campaigns.
- Implement, test, and track the campaigns through our marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
- Managing both internal and external stakeholders’ relationships
- Ensure compliance to both regulatory and internal processes

Segment Campaigns
- Provide support in strategic planning and go-to-market plans and activities deployment for the Emerging Affluent Segment. Work closely with the Segment Lead to identify business needs, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources in support of go-to-market activities.
- Support market research where necessary to understand the needs of customers and to define the scope of new offerings. Analyze marketing research information to provide insights that contributes to the development of the segment value proposition.
- Provide support to implement and optimize cross-channel lifecycle campaigns to grow new customer acquisition, increase share of wallet and retain existing customers for the Emerging Affluent Segment.
- Managing both internal and external stakeholders’ relationships
- Ensure compliance to both regulatory and internal processes

- Should be comfortable at project management and working within tight timelines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient command of MS Office

Working Experience
- At least 5 years of working experience with 3 years in Marketing

Qualification
- Bachelor in Business Administration/Marketing/Mass Communications/Arts and Social Sciences
