**Responsibilities**
- Develop and explore business opportunities in blockchain technology via social media and other platforms
- Conduct in-depth research about Crypto & Web 3.0 Projects, identifying early the trending projects
- Responsible for the analysis of project listings taking into consideration the risk & reward.
- Develop good relationships and connections within the crypto community, keeping up-to-date on latest innovations and news.
- Connect with the devs, founders/co-founders, project managers and create opportunities for listing partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze activity-related data, adjust operations

**Requirements**:

- Solid years of experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Native understanding of the blockchain technology, Web 3.0 & Crypto industry
- Direct working experience at VCs OR Crypto-native / Web 3.0 Platforms Eg. L1s, L2s, Defi, NFT, Metaverse, Gamefi etc.
- Good command of English. Good communication and writing skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations and coordinate with counterparts across stakeholders under tight timelines.
- Bachelor's degree or other higher education qualifications
