ROLE PURPOSE
The Sr. Field Service Commercial Administrator is to provide leadership and support to the Service Administrators across APAC and be the liaison between EMEA and US. This role is critical to supporting direct and indirect channels in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia for service commercial activities.
Strategic Role Responsibilities
- Drive APAC Field Service Commercial Operations to eliminate waste and achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the knowledge transfer of Service Commercial Operations from US to APAC.
- Subject matter expert for APAC Field Service Commercial Operations.
- Be the liaison for APAC, between EMEA and US, sharing best practices and escalation for support.
- Own Hong Kong & Taiwan and Southeast Asia distributors Field Service requests.
- Own Service Contract Renewals for Australia and New Zealand.
Operational Role Responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of Field Service Commercial Operations Standard Work, training, and sustainability across APAC.
- Rigorously identify and remove waste from the Field Service Commercial Operations value stream.
- Share best practices globally and escalate issues to the relevant owners.
- Key contact person for distributors in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia for part orders and warranty claims; proactively track, facilitate, monitor, and communicate and drive on time delivery.
- Generate quotations for service contracts, parts, and consumables
- Responsible for Call Centre operations in Singapore, triaging and logging customer calls.
- Lead structured problem solving for continuous improvement

- Associate’s degree is equivalent to 18 months of experience
- Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience
- Master’s degree is equivalent to four (4) years of experience
