[What the role is]

You will play an important role in providing personnel licensing operations for the CAAS Safety Regulation Group (SRG) to ensure that aviation safety is safeguarded and well-managed. You will be working in a dynamic environment to bring satisfaction to members of public who require CAAS services on personnel licensing or use CAAS systems to process regulatory documents. You will have the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders across various domains

- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer facing role with involvement in process improvement, system management and operational support
- Good attention to details
- A team player and able to work independently when required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, should be self-motivated and able to perform under pressure
