Key responsibilities:

- Support the IRB team in the daily operations of the IRB.
- Prepare approval letters and maintain IRB study-related documentations and databases.
- Serve as a contact point for researchers on IRB procedures and the IRB online system.
- Provide administrative and logistics support for meetings, workshops, seminars and other events.
- Provide assistance with general office admin, including maintaining office supplies.
- Perform any other ad-hoc related duties when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Graduates from polytechnic/university, preferably with 3 years of experience in administrative support.
- Prior experience in events management will be an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow and document due process with minimum supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
