**Position Summary**

The Vice President of Sales - APAC plays a pivotal role within HackerOne's global sales organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this position is responsible for leading and driving sales efforts in the Asia-Pacific region. The VP of Sales will be a key member of our leadership team and will be tasked with growing our business and expanding our customer base in the APAC region.

- You will undergo a comprehensive onboarding program to become familiar with our culture, products, and processes.
- You'll assess the current sales landscape and begin formulating a regional strategy.
- You'll identify key opportunities and build a high-performance sales team.
- You will have initiated customer engagements and positioned HackerOne as a security partner of choice.
- Your role will have a profound impact on HackerOne's mission to enhance the security of organizations worldwide. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Cultivate strong client and partner relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to achieve sales goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape for growth opportunities.

**Who you are**
- You have a proven track record of successful sales leadership in the APAC region.
- An understanding of cybersecurity and technology is essential.
- Experience in both new logo and account expansion. Willingness to build a pipeline and cover the full sales cycle while you grow the region
- You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Your leadership and team management abilities are exemplary.
- Top 3 Skills: Strategy development, team leadership, and business development.
- HackerOne is a digital first company, and all employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.
- Language skills: fluent in English and Mandarin
