Central Singapore Four Leaves Pte Ltd Full time

**Working Hours (Rotating shifts, NO fix morning shifts)**:

- 8.30am-5.30pm/ 9am-6pm
- 10am-10pm/ 12pm-10pm

**Working Days**: 6 days per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Process cash and digital payments accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure bakery products are neatly displayed, properly labeled, and stocked at all times.
- Assist in packing and arranging bakery items.
- Keep the sales counter, display shelves, and dining area clean and organized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (wearing gloves, proper handling of food items).
- Assist in basic housekeeping duties.
- Assist in inventory checks and restocking shelves when needed.
- Support the bakery team with light food preparation, packaging tasks and simple decoration and make-up on baked products.
- Follow company policies and procedures for smooth outlet operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior experience in F&B/ Retail/ Customer Service is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & PH.
