**About the role**:
The APAC UberEats Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Compensation Lead to support the maintenance and improvements of current Sales Incentive Plans across the APAC region, plus the roll-out of new ones for LOBs that have not yet launched one.
In this role, you will lead a team of Compensation Managers through which you will support multiple business units across the ANZ, Taiwan and Japan markets.
This role will work closely with Compensation Admin, HR, Sales Leadership and Country Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment of Sales Incentive Plans with business objectives. We're looking for someone with strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, thought leadership, and with the ability to shift between the high level picture and detailed operations seamlessly
**Your impact in role**:
- Key contributor in developing and implementing sales compensation plans across APAC markets. Own the sales compensation plan design, simulations, training, participant support, attainment calculation and payout management
- Track sales compensation plans results to ensure alignment to overall business goals and best market practices
- Collaborate with local Sales Operations teams to ensure target setting process is aligned with sales incentive quotas and policies
- Partner with the Global Compensation team to ensure proper governance and controls when launching and administrating existing sales compensation plans
**The experience you’ll bring**:
- A track record of launching and managing sales compensation plans, sales operations, finance or a related field. Experience running other incentive initiatives such as a SPIF or SIP flex
- Solid analytical abilities; ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data required to help inform decisions. Experience in analyzing large datasets using SQL
- Consultative Change Management when rolling out new or improving current sales compensation plans. Able to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to lead and develop team members to drive results through people.
