We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Kitchen Crew Member**to join our kitchen team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare soba noodles and other Japanese dishes.
- Assist with general food prep tasks and mise en place for service.
- Cook and plate dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain consistency and high standards in every dish served.
- Ensure all ingredients and dishes meet strict standards for freshness, quality, and taste.
- Monitor food preparation to align with the restaurant's premium dining experience.
- Oversee inventory levels for assigned sections.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available as needed.
- Communicate restocking needs to the head chef.
