Key Responsibilities are as follows:

- Preparation of new loan transactions, credit reviews, and investment memorandums for submission to the credit committee for approval and parent company for consultations.
- Assist senior relationship manager in customer account management, including negotiating contracts and loan agreements.
- Track and monitor the terms and conditions of customers' loan documents based on the loan portfolio assigned.
- Prepare pitch book and information memorandum for presentation in the Japanese Language to existing customers and prospective clients.
- Assist senior relationship manager in seeking new sales opportunities.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Japanese Business Development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of working experience in corporate banking. Fresh graduates may apply.
- Team player and possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English to facilitate communication with Japanese customers.
