**Description**
- Lead a regional team of Technical Experts in the Optical Transport space for:

- Assure the optics projects’ rollout with team resources, right competence, regular review/follow-up and instant escalation
- Mentor and coach engineers in the team and ensure about their development progress
- Provide support to pre-sales team for project effort estimation
- Engage BDM, PLM and customer in technical or project escalation discussion
- Manage HC and budget under the cost-control way
- Support and engage other CE teams and parties for any end-to-end practise
- Assure the good quality of project delivery and high competence of Optics CE team
- Attend the other meeting discussions such like project kick-off, business/project review etc with other parties
- Drive the team transformation or evolution to be in line with company, BG and team’s vision and culture
- Build the good relationship with key account customer (Director+ level of network engineering/operation).

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Telecommunication or IT as basis. Master or MBA level certificate is a premium.
- Technical understanding in Optics transport network domain. IP, Fix-Network, OSS/Software knowledge is a premium
- 15 years’ working experience covering several areas such as network deployments, solutioning and customer facing roles. Project management or business/commercial related experience is a premium.
- 10 years into leading/management role.
- Able to present in front of a variegated type of audience with good communication and influencing power.
- Analytical with problem solving skills
- Able to tackle ambiguous situations with good pressure management skill and high EQ
- Be a team player with supportive, proactive, responsible manner
- Excellent coordination and planning skills
- Understand the market movement and has strategic thinking manner for getting vision of the future
- An acknowledged industry certification is highly desirable but not mandatory
