We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team remotely reporting to our APAC head office in Melbourne If you are entrepreneurial, a self starter, and are excited about pitching to customers - this is the role for you
You will be working with an awesome team based in Melbourne, Sydney and Singapore, with our global head office in Toronto to initiate new business relationships by prospecting and setting up meetings for our Account Executive team. This includes activities like:
**Responsibilities**:
- Qualifying inbound leads to ensure they adhere to the Achievers’ ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
- Hone your prospecting skills and learn to successfully manage and overcome objections
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
- Become one with Salesforce - track your leads, record detailed notes and ultimately book lots of new initial meetings with target prospects
- Be ready for new opportunities - working trade shows & organizing/attending onsite meetings
- Build a positive team spirit - business is a team sport. Your positive attitude will help overcome the challenges of building a great company.

**Do you have it takes? We're looking for**:
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong work ethic, willing to put the work in
- Clear and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- A ‘never stop learning attitude’
