**Key responsibilities**
- Monitor both Singapore and overseas treasury activities, including but not limited to review of documentation for financing and refinancing, issuance of trade facilities, hedging of treasury exposures and negotiation of ISDA.
- Monitoring of the Group’s loan covenants.
- Prepare reports on the Group’s counterparty exposure, cash, debt outstanding and maturity profile, cashflow projections, compliance certificates, risk reporting and any other reporting as required by management from time to time.
- Support preparation of papers for Board and senior management approvals.
- Assist in establishing/maintaining financial frameworks, including green financing and sustainable financing frameworks.
- Review and improve internal treasury processes.
- Any other duties or ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Excellent degree qualifications with at least 3-5 years’ of corporate finance or corporate treasury experience.
- Experience in supporting corporate treasury activities outside Singapore is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable personality; enjoys problem solving and is not fazed by ambiguity.
- A team player with keenness to learn and work in cross-functional taskforces.
- Likes analytical work and enjoys details.
- Familiarity with PowerBI and Reval a plus.
- Willing and able to review large volume of documents.
- Works independently, takes initiative and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Team player with positive interpersonal and effective communication skills.
