**The Job**

You will support the Group Treasury department and will report to Senior Manager, Group Treasury. You will provide support to various business units for all treasury settlements, loan administration, bank account administration (including electronic banking) and the day-to-day operations and recording of treasury related entries on behalf of the business units.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle settlement of repayment / rollover / draw down of loans and other credit facilities and ensure and accurate settlement of interest payments and interest re-fixing on behalf of the business units
- Handle settlement of Treasury inter-company loans / requests and deposits on behalf of the business units
- Liaise with BU Finance Business Partners and provide support to the business units in their daily operations by performing funding requests
- Ensure that treasury related transactions are created / settled in SAP system and ensure completeness in the generation of accounting entries in SAP system
- Ensure that treasury settlement activities are performed in accordance to defined Finance / Treasury SOPs, governance framework, and local accounting standards
- Work with Finance Shared Services team to ensure transactions are posted by their cut-off dates and to perform rectification of entries (if any)
- Ensure BU Finance BPs comply with necessary loan covenants and fulfill the reporting obligations to their Financing Banks / Lenders
- Handle opening / closing of bank accounts and ensure standardisation of operation of bank accounts whenever possible
- Handle update of bank accounts / bank mandate matters (including e-banking) on behalf of the business units
- Assist in obtaining signatories for Bank Mandate & E-Banking documents, including tracking of the documents
- Coordinate and support logistic arrangements for (i) dispatching letters (ii) distribution & activation of new security tokens (iii) disposal of security tokens
- Assist with data entry and update of various databases
- Identify and provide recommendations for improvement opportunities and cost-cutting measures to drive operational and cost efficiencies
- Participate in any other tasks/projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- At least 1 - 3 years of working experience
- An eye for detail, strong numerical and analytical skills and have good initiative
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (able to review documents in Chinese and to communicate with China offices)
