Capacity Planning Lead, Customer Engineering

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in virtualization or Google Cloud native architectures in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience in Analytics, SQL, and BigQuery to analyze data sets.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in supply chain operations.
- Experience in planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization (e.g., setting goals, defining inventory), and infrastructure.
- Understanding of sales cycles for Google Cloud products and platforms.
- Ability to interact with technical and non-technical global, regional, and cross-functional groups.
- Ability to discern inputs, retain, and use data to plan high-impact decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

**About the job**:
As an APAC Capacity Planning Lead, you will collaborate with the Account teams and the global capacity team to remove capacity constraints for the customers in our region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Capacity Engineering teams on ensuring that Account teams have the right platforms and data to help understand any capacity constraints.
- Be the Point of Contact (POC) for the Capacity teams to roll out any regional initiatives / programs.
