**Working Hours**: Minimum 15 hours per week, spread across Monday to Friday

**Rate**: $12/hour + attractice incentives for every conversion.

**About Us**:
GigaRider is a fast-growing player in the motorcycle industry, and we’re searching for a skilled Appointment Setter and Lead Generator to join our team. If you have a strong background in telemarketing or customer service and love engaging with people, we’d love to speak with you

**Your Role**:

- **Cold Outreach on Social Media**:

- Connect with our target audience on platforms such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
- Promote our current scheme and services to leads.
- **Manage WhatsApp Queries**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing messages professionally.
- Respond confidently using our scripts and FAQs.
- **Set Appointments & Push for Conversion**:

- Persuade leads to schedule appointments and visit our office.
- Accurately record and track all appointment details.

**We’ll Provide**:

- Comprehensive scripts and FAQs to support your communication.
- Training on our services, tools, and target audience.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.**:

- Confident, persuasive, and engaging communication skills.
- Fluent in written and verbal English. Competence in a secondary mother tongue (such as Chinese, Malay, Tamil) is a plus
- Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Comfortable using social media channels for outreach, and WhatsApp plus Phone Calls for nurturing prospects.
