SIMSYS specializes in Software System Solutions and System Infrastructure Setups over wide range of environments. Our clients span across both government as well as private sector organizations.

We are expanding our team of dedicated Project Management personnel, and require dynamic individuals who will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of IT turnkey projects.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the creation, organization, execution and completion of specific projects. This includes managing relevant employees, setting deadlines, communicating with company executives about the status of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.
- Responsible for project and resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and quality assurance.
- Oversee the implementation of projects. Track all project phases & activities and monitor progress and dependencies.
- Provide effective leadership to team of Project Executives in solving problems, cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in project management and solutioning.
- Good knowledge of Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) and PMBOK process.
- Experience with MS Visual Studio, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, Stored Procedures, JavaScript, Web Service and good understanding in design concepts using UML, ER/EER, design patterns is an added advantage.
- Strong in driving project implementation and delivery.
- Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
- Proven leadership skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to delegate effectively, time management skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Scrum Master certified
