What will you do?
- Oversees daily restaurant administration including finance, budgetting, opening/closing administration, service floor plans, daily walkthroughs, etc.
- Liaison for FOH team and culinary team for operational and administrative matters.
- Overall responsibility for the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant.
- Plans, executes and communicates all promotions and company information effectively and efficiently.
- Support hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff.
- Communicate guest needs and special requests to the restaurant staff.
- Manage and execute events, for both in-house and off-site requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of menu and information to be communicated to the guests.
- Monitoring and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Analyzing sales data and devising effective strategies to increase revenue.
- Conduct meetings and coordinate reporting activities to Management.
- Assist with other and/or ad hoc duties as required by the Management.
