**This position primarily manages and ensure smooth sales process for the International Sales**
**business of the company. Providing full support to the Business Development Team by coordinating with existing clients with their sales order, preparation of necessary**
**documentation and compiles market comparison data.**
**Job Descriptions**:
- Preparation of sales quotations/ sales order for new/existing clients.
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat ordering and forecast ordering quantities.
- Keeping track of contract expiry, contact customers for renewal, filing and maintain records of contracts.
- Preparation of export sales reports and sales forecast.
- Conducting online research and data for individual overseas markets as required.
- Checking & processing of A&P claims submitted by clients.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time.
- Provides general administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the Export Sales.
**Job requirement**:
- Min. 1- 2 years of experience in sales admin/co-ordinator
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi tasks and work independently.
- Team player, positive attitude and thinking towards change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP system.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese would be a plus.
