Within COMPANY, the Centre for IT Services manages the campus-wide IT Infrastructure and facilitates both staff and student access to all Enterprise IT systems, as well as Learning systems and Digital Media. We are seeking a Procurement & PMO Coordinator to assist and facilitate BAU operations within the InfoComm Infrastructure (ICI) department.
- Assist team leads to raise Procurement Requests and work with the university Procurement team to follow up and close all requests.
- Work with Team Leads to gather status for the BAU monthly summary reports and update expense schedule from stakeholders/action owners.
- Follow up with ICI team members on new/change requirements for BAU automation and work with developer on development, test and roll out.
- Assists the ICI Director to gather supporting facts and draft business cases for project plans. Facilitate other BAU meetings like policy review and non-regular project meetings.

- Gather info for IT equipment/service procurement.
- Gather status for IT project and update progress.
- Analyse system reports and update IT staff.
- Prepare reports/slides for monthly management updates. Coordinate and gather changes for IT policy review.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business.**:
- **Experience with working on procurement requests, writing business case and call tender.**:
- **Experience in project coordination, such as reporting status/KPI and financial status.
