**Role Overview**:
As the Finance Lead, you'll be at the helm of managing the financial aspects of our F&B operations. Your main goal will be to ensure our financial health while driving profitability. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop strategies, control costs, and optimize our financial performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Strategy Development**: Devise and execute financial strategies that align with our business objectives and foster growth.
- **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and analysis efforts to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- **Timely Financial Reporting**: Ensure the accurate and punctual preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and address financial risks through robust risk management practices.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- **Process Enhancement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline finance operations and enhance efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CFA/CPA/ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Chinese, both written and verbal, for communication with Headquarters at China.
