Job Responsibilities
- Supervise all front of house operations at the various event venues.
- Coordinate FOH requirements with security, cleaning, food & beverage, and merchandising teams to ensure a unified event experience.
- Oversee and support ushers, ticket checkers, cloakroom, and usher supervisors during events.
- Enforce and uphold exemplary customer service standards across all guest touchpoints.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, external clients, promoters, and artiste teams for event coordination.
- Monitor patron access control systems and assist with the configuration and operation of scanning devices for various events.
- Conduct regular performance audits and assist in usher training to improve service levels.
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and managing casual, including accurate payroll submissions.
- Provide support in artiste/ VIP experiences and coordinate their logistics, riders, access and movement, ensuring privacy and professionalism.
- Deliver service recovery and handle guest feedback or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Other duties as directed by the Management.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar FOH supervisory or senior guest facing role.
- Experience in events, theatre, or entertainment venue operations is preferred.
Competency
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Passionate about hospitality and service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Flexible to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Maintains composure, professionalism, and discretion at all times especially when interacting with artistes, VIPs, or clients.
Education & Certification
- GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Levels, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
