JR57868 F10 Manufacturing Production Shift Technologist

As a MFG Production Shift Technologist, you will assist Shift Mfg Engineers to plan and perform daily manufacturing operations that line up with tactical line direction to achieve quality output goals. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and improving constraint tools utilization and optimizing WIP Scheduling to meet tactical shift targets.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Optimize Fab quality and output by maintaining regular communication with area production and engineering teams and provide timely follow-up to daily production line issues.
- To monitor WIP, identify process/equipment constraints, anticipate capacity requirement, and collaborate with Shift team to develop game plan to improve quality output
- Solve and optimize Auto Scheduling of Lots and Auto Staging to Tools to meet timely shipments by part type
- Solve and call out AMHS delivery to Tool delay or failures e.g loading/unloading failures or AMHS congestion
- Solve Tool inefficiency to improve utilization
- May perform manual loading of Tools when AMHS is not available
- Handle, prioritize and may conduct equipment set up, Quals and post PM recovery
- May support Shift Eng Ops in staging and running out Targets or SWR from Workstation
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve tool performance and optimize product flow.
- For business process and/or QMS component that one is responsible or accountable for:
a. ensuring it is effective and conforms to requirements. e.g. React according to FRM to dispose lot deviation from SPC, FDC, Qtime, tool alarm, etc
b. ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs. e.g. Submit Quality Good Catch and call out to Process Equipment Engineering if loopholes in SPC, FDC, auto Lot hold, auto Tool down setup are detected
c. reporting on QMS/business process performance and opportunities for improvement to management e.g.Inform Engineers if abnormal lot or tool performance trends are detected.
d. ensuring the promotion of internal and external customer focus throughout the organization e.g. Advise upstream/downstream customers to prevent queue time breach due to Tool down or process deviation
e. ensuring the maintenance of the integrity of the QMS/ business process when changes are planned and implemented. e.g Perform change control i.e Qual, Targeting et accordingly
f. ensuring customer requirements are met e.g. ensure product conformity to quality specifications and has the authority to stop production

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Basic Python Programming
- Comfortable with flexible working schedules in doing 12-hr shift
