**Title**:Intern - Manufacturing WET
**Description**:Work on a project to improve the productivity of manufacturing technicians by reducing PM duration and improving PM Success Rate
**Scope**:In this project, the student will
- Learn on various Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures on WET Manufacturing tools
- Using Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) methodology, optimize the PM SOPs to reduce inefficiencies and improve productivity
- Understand the constraints limiting PM first qual pass rate, work with Equipment Engineers and Technicians to improve PM Success Rate
**Deliverable**:To be able to understand the workflow of various PM SOPs on WET Manufacturing tools, breakdown the SOPs into individual steps, identify waste and inefficiencies to improve overall PM duration. To also be able to identify what are the constraints limiting PM success rate, work with equipment stakeholders to improve PM success rate, thereby improving productivity by reducing need to redo PM.
