**Description and Requirements**:
**Working Hour: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), be ready with standby support (e.g., one month once)**

**Location: Nearby Outram Park Station**
- Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Windows servers, ensuring system stability and uptime.
- Perform patch management, updates, and security hardening of servers.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other Windows services.
- Virtualization: Manage Windows workloads on virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)

**Requirements**:

- Education: Diploma above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Min 3 years of experience in Windows Server administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

**Certifications (preferred)**:
Microsoft Certified:

- Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate / Azure Administrator
- VMware VCP, ITIL Foundation
- #LPS
