Singapore MATRIX PARTNERS SINGAPORE MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LTD. Full time

To assist the CEO to carry out deal sourcing and evaluation of target companies in the region;
- To assist the CEO to carry out ongoing management of the Company;
- To be responsible for the full life cycle of investment including deal sourcing, evaluating, negotiation, and closing as well as post-investment portfolio monitoring and value creation.
- To support ongoing efforts on fundraising as and when needed.
- To assist the CEO in coordination among global offices.
- To be able to travel on a regular and constant basis.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 15 years of relevant experience in VC/PE investment in Asia especially in China;
- Experience in leading investment teams of 5-10 persons
- Satisfactory track record of venture capital investing
- Strong network within deep tech and fintech circles
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- A top-tier academic background
