Singapore Paincare Holdings is a medical service group listed on Singapore Exchange. This position is for leading the marketing of Singapore Paincare TCM Wellness, a TCM clinic and wellness centre under Singapore Paincare Holdings, located at Marina Square. We are looking for a strategic minded and open-minded individual to join the marketing team under the group. You will take on an important and exciting role to improve our brand awareness, and strategic targeting of customer segments for the TCM clinic.

**Job Description**:

- Supervise marketing activities of center.
- Work closely with the team to drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly target
- Develop marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in marketing tasks such as EDM, Brand and Awareness, newsletters and communications.
- Assist in preparation of marketing materials.
- Building on customer engagement initiatives and implement improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience
- Develop and implement new sales strategies and new sales channels to capture key demographics
- Provide feedback to team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including operations, merchandising, marketing, retail, ecommerce, and management to meet sales performance objectives

**Requirements**:

- At least1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- A diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Previous experience with beauty, wellness, and retail industries are a big plus
- Initiative and sales oriented
- Good communication skills
- Able to shoot and edit raw videos.
- Proficient in Adobe illustrator/ lightroom/ photoshop/ final cut pro/ imovie.
- Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Experience in planning 1 year marketing calendar.
