As an Aircon Sales Executive specializing in technical site surveys, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive tailored and effective cooling solutions that meet their specific needs.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Aircon Sales Executive with expertise in conducting technical site surveys for prospective residential air conditioning buyers. Your primary responsibility will be to gather accurate data and information about potential customers' homes, assess their cooling requirements, and recommend suitable air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough technical site surveys at existing paid customers and prospective customers' residential properties to understand their cooling needs and assess the feasibility of air conditioning installation.
- Gather essential data, including room dimensions, insulation quality, window placement, and other relevant factors that influence the choice of air conditioning system.
- Evaluate existing HVAC systems, if any, and identify potential upgrades or replacements that align with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Consult with customers to understand their preferences, budget constraints, and any specific cooling challenges they may be facing.
- Provide expert advice to customers on the most suitable air conditioning systems based on their property's technical specifications and their comfort preferences.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive site survey reports, detailing findings, recommendations, and estimated costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, installation, and customer service, to ensure a seamless transition from site survey to system installation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product advancements to provide the most current and informed recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of site surveys, customer interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in residential air conditioning sales, technical site surveys, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong technical understanding of air conditioning systems, HVAC principles, and cooling load calculations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to accurately measure and assess residential properties for optimal system recommendations.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Proficiency in reporting and relevant tools for documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address unique cooling challenges presented by different residential properties.
- Valid driver's or motorcycle license for travel to customer locations.
