**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Repair and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for repair and maintenance of wireline logging and downhole equipment etc. and provide on-site technical support. Meanwhile assist electronic/mechanical engineers to complete the research and development, testing and manufacturing etc,

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The duties assigned will be varied; these will include but are not limited to the following;
- Responsible for repair and maintenance of instruments and equipment, providing on-site technical support.
- Responsible for monitoring production and quality plans according to manufacturing tasks.
- Responsible for technical communication and clarification of R&D and manufacturing projects.
- Responsible for research and development of manufacturing project process control to ensure quality and fabrication progress.
- Responsible for the development of test standard specifications for circuit boards and key components, and research on designs, testing facilities and available tests methods.
- Responsible for developing the manufacturing, maintenance and operation manuals and procedures, establishment and improvement of relevant system documents for R&D and manufacturing departments.
- Responsible for the documents archiving, which includes drawings, BOM, records and reports.
- Responsible for supply chain and resource development and management related the repair, maintenance and testing.
- Responsible for the storage and maintenance of related equipment, tools and parts.
- Responsible for confidential works such as business related information, drawings and materials.
- Implement IMS system documentation and production processes to ensure safety.
- Assist in the financial, procurement, logistics and other related work of the department in accordance with the requirements of the company's IMS system.
- Report directly to the department manager and responsible for the works undertaken.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent; electronic /mechanical related majors, familiar with the repair, maintenance, manufacturing and technical support in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Those with wireline logging and LWD equipment experience added advantage.
- Good communication skills, patient and detail-oriented with high proficiency in spoken and written languages.
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in repair, maintenance and Manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both Mandarin and English to communicate with HQ in China
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility in working with other cultures and nationalities
