**In this role, you will**
- Develop deep understanding of real-life marketing in a fast-growing medical technology company including the various levers of growth that are available.
- Understand the various data sources within the organization, their locations, and methods for extraction.
- Utilize machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior, lifetime value, churn, and other key metrics, leveraging Python or R.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses, measure the impact of marketing initiatives, and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into marketing and clinical campaigns, digital tools analyses.
- Analyze and identify correlations between the utilization of multiple digital tools and performance within our organization.
- Aim to gain insights into how these tools contribute to revenue generation and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Through rigorous analysis and statistical methods, we seek to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships between digital tool usage patterns and sales outcomes.
- Ultimately, the goal is to enhance the understanding of the effectiveness of align digital toolset in driving sales success, enabling the organization to make data-driven decisions to improve overall performance and maximize revenue potential.
- Enhance/develop interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators, marketing metrics, and trends, providing stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights to support marketing initiatives, product development, and business strategy.
- Communicate findings, methodologies, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and interactive dashboards.
**Learning**:
- Data Analysis Skills: Interns will learn how to conduct comprehensive data analysis using various statistical methods and tools to explore correlations between digital tool usage and sales performance.
- Data Interpretation: Interns will develop the ability to interpret data findings and translate them into actionable insights, gaining proficiency in identifying patterns, trends, and meaningful relationships within complex datasets.
- Digital Tool Utilization Understanding: Interns will gain an in-depth understanding of the digital tools used within the organization and their functionalities, including how they contribute to the sales process and overall business objectives.
- Statistical Analysis Techniques: Interns will acquire proficiency in statistical analysis techniques such as correlation analysis, regression analysis, and possibly machine learning algorithms, enhancing their analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Interns will learn how to effectively communicate their findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualization techniques, translating technical analysis into easily understandable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Interns will cultivate critical thinking skills by approaching complex problems related to sales and digital tool utilization, devising innovative solutions based on data-driven analysis and experimentation.
- Project Management Skills: Interns will have the opportunity to develop project management skills by actively participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the project, learning how to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with team members.
