**Responsibilities**

**Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities**
- Daily review of AR ledger for overdue debts >30 days.
- Update collection notes on delayed payment >30 days and review at month end with the line manager.
- Escalate delinquency issues to line manager when necessary.

**Carry out collection and reporting activities according to IB Finance **policy**
- Weekly contact schools with past due debts >30 days and report outcome to the line manager at the end of the month.
- Prepare monthly report of accounts >90 days for review by Global AR Manager for escalation for service disruption.

**Follow established procedures for processing receipts and unapplied / unallocated cash**
- To respond to School receipt queries and rever to Stakeholder within 3 working days.
- Provide support to local FP&A and FA colleagues, so that replies to regional queries are addressed successfully and in a timely manner.
- Maintain quality customer communication (verbal and written) internal / external.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years accounts receivables experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Oracle AR experience.
- Finance Qualification of Diploma/Degree level or equivalent in Finance.
- Proven experience within commercial credit control, preferably gained in a global environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self motivated and directed.
- Good team player.
