Assist with daily order processing and tracking across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify)
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock reconciliation across all platforms
- Support product listing creation and updates, including descriptions, images and pricing
- Optimize product listings for SEO and platform-specific algorithms
- Coordinate with customer service to resolve order and delivery-related issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaign readiness and stock availability
- Analyze sales data and generate performance reports for various platforms
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide administrative support to the e-commerce and operations team as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with good collaboration skills
- Basic understanding of inventory management or order fulfillment process for Shopify will be an added advantage

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
