As a Volunteer Manager, focused on youth volunteerism, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement strategies to foster collaboration and cultivate relationships with stakeholders to enhance outreach and communication efforts.

Engage local stakeholders to establish sustainable and impactful partnerships.

Collaborate with the team and volunteers to drive outreach initiatives.

Curate and coordinate outreach events and initiatives aimed at promoting volunteerism among youth.

Organise events and networking sessions to facilitate connections within the volunteer community.

**_ Volunteer Management_**

Organise and provide support for appreciation and recognition events for volunteers.

Report preparation for senior management and stakeholders.

**_ Administrative Support_**

Manage and maintain the youth volunteer database system, ensuring accurate data entry.

Undertake administrative tasks efficiently to support programme operations.

**What will you need to thrive in the role?**

Minimum 2 Years of Experience

Minimum Qualification Level: Polytechnic Diploma

Field of Study: Business Management or others
