The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition (TA) team is seeking a customer-focused Recruiter who is interested to work with a team of Builders to identify and assess top talent for AWS ASEAN.
In this role, you will manage, prioritize and close multiple requisitions against a timeline; you will set benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize and meet or exceed target expectations to delight our customers. You will partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business lines to create customized hiring strategies for addressable talent pools and market conditions. In addition to end to end recruitment responsibilities, you will work on both tactical and strategic projects to continuously innovate for our customers.

- Collaborate and work with an experienced team of Recruiters/Sourcers to support the hiring demand of our rapidly-growing businesses
- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer-obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders
- Own projects related to diversity, assessment, channel segmentation, and more
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
- Demonstrated analytic skills with ability to create and measure leading indicators of key recruiting metrics
- Demonstrated client engagement and management skills, and commitment to continuous improvement
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
