**Is this you?**

Seeking a dedicated Depot Technician to join the Sembawang Depot Cable team. Sembawang Cable Depot Pte Ltd is a Singtel JV company.

**Experiential Opportunities**:
You will have the opportunity to pick-up administrative skillsets in maintaining inventory records relating to the storage of cables and plant in the Cable Depot.

You are also required to liaise with vendors to ensure all data and equipments are in order. Last but not least, you will be the safety officer and be equipped with safety regulation & measures knowledge.

**During this traineeship, you will gain invaluable knowledge and skills relating to**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with workflows.
- Plan, assign and monitor work for daily depot operation and cable transfers.
- Communicate effectively with cable suppliers and shipping agents for cable transfer operations.
- Ensure all safety regulations, training, preventive measures are in place and review them regularly with staff during daily depot operations and cable transfer opeations.

**Education Qualification**:

- O Level/A Level or ITE in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
- No prior work experience is needed

**Good To Have**:

- Have knowledge of hydraulic and diesel machineries.
- Able to climb height up to 7 meters and carry heavy weight up to 30kg.
- Basic knowledge of welding and metal works.

**Duration of Traineeship / Attachment offered**:

- 6 months

**Training Allowance**:

- $2,500
