Location: Singapore (Onsite)

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- End-to-End Implementation: Lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of Integrated Business Planning solutions.
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Develop and enhance S&OP processes to align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Forecasting and Demand Management: Utilize advanced forecasting techniques and demand management strategies to optimize inventory levels and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Inventory Planning & Optimization: Design and implement effective inventory planning and optimization strategies to ensure efficient stock levels while meeting customer demand.
- SAP APO PPDS: Leverage expertise in SAP APO PPDS to enhance planning capabilities and integrate with other modules for seamless business processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to supply chain, finance, and sales teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment of business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the IBP framework, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Integrated Business Planning, with a focus on S&OP, Forecasting, and Inventory Planning.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP APO PPDS is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in other IBP tools and technologies is a must.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
