**What you'll be doing**
- Involved in overall corporate strategy development and execution, including competitive intel and benchmarking
- Monitor & manage tasks' progress status
- Manage business initiatives execution through communication with related department
- Responsible for daily office activities, integrated planning and liaison across business functions for key strategic and operational initiatives
- Review business performance using internal/external data analysis and support business decision-making through reporting insights
- Support key projects/tasks, e.g. setting up employee stock options, corporate legal structure
- Collaborate with various business departments and management support teams like finance, accounting, and IR.
- Assist senior management to prepare corporate presentation material
- Lead if appropriate, meetings with external stakeholders
- Make suggestions on existing business and initiate new business opportunities through studies on competitive landscape and potential markets
- May assist to supervise and develop other junior staff

**What you bring to EMURGO**
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in strategic planning and/or corporate planning/development functions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and to tolerate change and ambiguity
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and able to stay calm under challenging circumstances
- Tangible experience in implementing SOPs and tools (Integrated Business Planning or similar)
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Ability to multitask, proactive in work with keen willingness to learn attitude
- Experience in the support and coordination of Enterprise Risk Management and/or Business Continuity Management activities will be very advantageous
