**Responsibilities**:
This role will be supporting the Career and Professional Development team (CPD) in the areas of Knowledge and Records Management (KM and RM). You will be reporting to the Team Lead, CPD and support the KM Manager on the following key areas:
**Knowledge Management**
- To support the implementation of various knowledge management initiatives and systems to achieve the strategic intent.
- To provide admin support for project Enterprise Content Management Platform (ECMP), this includes phase 1 - data migration and phase 2 - UI/UX revamp.
- To perform system testing, integration testing, trouble-shooting and data conversion and verify that the all specifications are met in both phase 1 and phase 2.
- To coordinate with vendors and users on focus group discussion and/or survey and compile the data for analysis to provide insights and recommendations in support of phase 1 and phase 2 requirements.
- To coordinate monthly project Team meeting and records all key discussions and evaluation of KM initiatives.
- To plan for organisational knowledge sharing events/ activities, this includes briefing, engagement sessions with stakeholders, and support the KM manager for updates to Senior Management.
- To perform the day-to-day operations related to KM and RM, this includes answering staff enquiries and evaluating staff request.
**Records Management**
- To support the KM manager to refine the records management policy and processes and governance requirements and enhancement of records management eLearning.
- To work together with the Registry in Records management administrations, this includes records filing, tracking of records retention schedules and destruction, loan of files etc.
- To track the progress of the records management audit and work with the KM manager for follow-up actions.
- To support the KM manager on the review of files taxonomy, metadata structures, files digitisation and provide admin support for trademark registration, copyright etc.
**Job Requirements**

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
- Prior experience/knowledge in developing Enterprise KM framework and/or implementing Enterprise Content Management Solutions, UI/UX Design, Search and Taxonomy/Metadata. Hands-on with MS SharePoint 2019 will be an added advantage.
- Able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills, effective negotiation, and good interpersonal skills.
- Passion for promoting knowledge sharing and learning.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
