Singapore STROKE SUPPORT STATION Full time

The incumbent plays a key role in providing support in the full spectrum of Human Resource operations including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, learning, and development. He/She reports to the Head, of Finance, and Administration.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update staff records, administration of leave, staff resignation, termination etc.
- Manpower-related surveys and submissions to relevant authorities.
- Partner with Department Heads on training and development of staff.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and employee relations matters.
- Handle staff insurance and medical issues.
- Procurement of staff uniforms, name tags, business name cards, and other office supplies etc.
- Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in human resource management.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and Labour Law.
- Experience in the social service or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
