**JOB FUNCTIONS**:
We are supporting one of our subsidiaries in Singapore, in search for a Vice President, Human Resource.
Reporting to the Chairman, you will lead the HR function, supported by a team of 6 HR executives. You are responsible for leading and managing the full spectrum of HR functions in the company. The roles and responsibilities will involve the managing of HR activities such as recruitment and selection, new hire onboarding, performance management, payroll and incentives management, training and development, talent management and job re-design initiatives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Engage the Chairman and his management team to seek clarity on business strategy and coach the HODs to steer career goals and aspirations of the workforce towards greater alignment with the current and future business needs.
- Review and develop a strategic HR framework to identify, develop and retain employees to meet the current and future organizational needs.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employees relations, employee well-being and performance management
- Review and develop future-ready HR policies and procedures, referencing local and global HR trends and best practice. Also, ensure the compliance of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, performance appraisal system, and maintain compensation and benefits scheme.
- Review and re-design HR processes to align with the future of work.
- Assess organizational training needs to track and monitor employees’ training and development.
- Maintain compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide advice to HODs to support employees’ relations by addressing employees’ grievances etc.

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree from reputable universities, with specialisation in Human Resources Management, Business Management Studies or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience, of which 5 years of managerial experience
- Good experience and strong knowledge in local legislations and practices in Singapore
- Self-driven with proven skills in strategic problem solving
- Great attention to details and highly proficient in payroll software such as Times Software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Agile and highly adaptable to a fast-paced manufacturing work environment
- Hands-on, task-oriented with good coaching skills

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
