Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, based on house recipes with speed and accuracy.
- Have certification or relevant work experience as a barista and manager.
- Identify and build a strong team around the brand.
- Oversee the beverage program, creating menu's, costing, sourcing, training materials and education to staff and guests.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve bites and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Make house ingredients for cocktail and coffee based on recipes.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

**Requirements**:

- Resume and proven working experience as a Bar Manager and Barista Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks from both programs.
- Related certifications for Barista and Bartending and relevant experience.
- POS experience
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Time Management and Organization skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
